About the Role
Shape the future of leadership in a fast-evolving fintech environment. Partner with executives to build capability, culture, and performance that drive sustainable growth. This People Partner role sits at the heart of a dynamic financial services organisation, translating business strategy into impactful people initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement a leadership development strategy aligned to digital transformation and regulatory agility
• Partner with Exco and senior leaders to identify capability gaps and succession needs
• Build structured learning pathways for emerging leaders, managers, and executives
• Introduce blended learning solutions including workshops, e-learning, coaching, and mentoring
• Facilitate leadership workshops, offsites, and coaching sessions
• Manage bursaries, learnerships, and internship programmes
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of learning programmes, ensuring measurable impact and ROI
• Track leadership readiness, engagement, and retention metrics
• Support cultural transformation initiatives aligned to innovation, agility, and trust
• Embed diversity, equity, and inclusion into leadership pipelines
• Lead wellness strategies and initiatives that enhance employee experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Postgraduate qualification advantageous
- 8 years’ experience in Learning & Development and leadership roles, preferably within fintech or financial services
- Registered Skills Development Facilitator
- Proven experience managing bursaries, learnerships, and internship programmes
- Strong expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design
- Experience with accreditation processes and facilitation
- Proficiency in learning management systems and digital learning platforms
