About the Role
Hire Resolve is excited to announce a vacancy for the position of Company Secretary. In this prominent role, you will be an integral part of our client’s governance framework, ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations and corporate governance practices.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Company Secretary or in a similar capacity
- Thorough understanding of corporate governance regulations and compliance frameworks
- Proficient in handling board meeting logistics, including preparation of agendas and meeting minutes
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently while fostering positive relationships with stakeholders
