Job Summary

We currently have an exciting position available for an Industrial Relations/Labour Consultant, to be based at our client’s offices in Bellville.

Package is negotiable

Duties & Responsibilities:
You are responsible for inclusive of, but not limited to:
• Retaining all clients as well as servicing clients in terms of all IR issues.
Attending to typical IR issues that can include the following:
– Chairing of disciplinary inquiries.
– Drafting of judgments for clients.
– Assisting with the issuing of warnings to ensure compliance.
– Drafting and implementation of policies.

– Representation at CCMA
– Strike Management.

– Retrenchments

Desired Experience & Qualification:

You’ll need a customer-first mindset and the following skills to succeed in this role:

– B. Degree or equivalent in HR/IR/LLB or related field.
– More than 3 year’s experience in Industrial Relations.
– Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
– Must be able to effectively function within a pressurized and fast-paced environment.
– Valid driver’s license and own vehicle is essential.
– Must reside in the northern suburbs of Cape Town.
