Creating invoicing recons
Open COD accounts
Raising Proforma and Tax Invoices from drawings
Cross check Tax Invoices
Follow up on payments
Weekly credit control
Resolving invoicing queries
Liaising with customers and QS’s
General filing and scanning
Prepare annual audit selections
Scanning and archiving
Preparing monthly steel packs
Checking daily waybills
