Our client in the Architectural Industry has an exciting vacancy for an Architectural Technologist. Candidates who are seeking a permanent opportunity are invited to apply!

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in architectural studies or equivalent qualification at an accredited tertiary institution
• 2 years practice-based experience in project administration and technical documentation
• 2 years practice-based CAD (or similar architectural drafting software) drafting experience
• Fluent in Sotho, Tswana, English and Afrikaans will be advantageous
• Knowledge of the following software:
  MS Office
  CAD
  Caddie, SketchUp or similar programs
• Exposure to construction administration and contract documents
• Exposure to the preparation of defects lists
• Valid driver’s license
