Job Summary
Are you experienced in creditors management, administration, and meeting minutes? Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Creditors Clerk/Administrator to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute your expertise in a fast-paced, rewarding environment while supporting a key financial function within the company.

Minimum Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) qualification
- At least 2 years of experience in creditors management or a similar financial administration role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software
- Experience in taking meeting minutes and handling general administration
- Familiarity with creditors processes, invoicing, and payment schedules
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Fluency in both Afrikaans and English
- Reliable transport or a valid RSA driver’s license
Skills Required:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience with financial software (beneficial)
Duties Include:
- Processing and managing creditor accounts, including invoice reconciliation
- Ensuring timely payments to suppliers
- Taking and transcribing minutes during meetings
- General administrative duties such as filing, reporting, and correspondence
- Liaising with suppliers to resolve any payment-related queries
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Assisting with audits and financial reporting when required
