About the Role

We are seeking an experienced F & I Manager to join our team in Bloemfontein, with a strong background in the motor industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent sales and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop sales teams to achieve business objectives
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and customer feedback

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in F & I management or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 certificate
  • Valid car licence
