About the Role
Crocs Mimosa is seeking a Sales Assistant to join their team in Bloemfontein. As a leading-edge international brand in the Retail sector, we are committed to providing excellent customer service and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Acknowledge every customer within 30 seconds
- Deliver excellent customer service to every customer
- Establish customers’ needs and use technical knowledge to demonstrate benefits
- Close the sale & secure add on sales
- Monitor daily sales against individual budget every few hours
- Replenish footwear, apparel, and accessories from storeroom daily
- Minimise shrinkage by zoning the store, acknowledging customers, and following store changing room policy
- Ensure stock entries in POS systems are accurate
- Process deliveries by checking quantities, invoicing, tagging, hanging, and pricing product
- Process customer orders
- Daily Operations: maintain store housekeeping, dusting, cleaning mirrors, vacuuming, emptying bins, clearing counter area, and tidying change rooms
- Assist manager with open and closing the store
- Training: ensure allocated buddy, attend quarterly training sessions, complete assessments, and receive monthly feedback from manager
- Merchandising: observe store, maintain stock presentation in accordance with store standards, replenish sizes, assist team to change windows/mannequins fortnightly, and store POS materials
Requirements
- Grade 12 or Equivalent
- 1 year of customer services experience minimum
- Crocs product knowledge advantageous
- Able to work flexible shifts
