About the Role
We are seeking a Service Advisor/Warranty Clerk to join our team in Bloemfontein. As a key member of our workshop, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless warranty processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with queries and concerns regarding vehicle services and warranties
- Process warranty claims and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to warranty claims
- Collaborate with workshop staff to resolve issues and provide solutions
- Provide excellent customer service, both in-person and via phone
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Afrikaans
- Previous experience in a workshop environment
- Basic computer literacy
Qualifications
- Grade 1 qualification (Matric)
