The role ensures that productivity targets are achieved, processes are compliant with company standards, and that a safe and efficient work environment is maintained.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational ManagementoPlan, organize, and control all warehouse activities to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.oSupervise daily receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.oMonitor and improve KPIs such as accuracy, productivity, cost efficiency, and turnaround times.oMaintain proper stock levels and oversee cycle counts and stock takes.Staff Supervision and LeadershipoManage, coach, and develop warehouse staff, including supervisors and operators.oSchedule shifts and allocate resources to meet operational demands.oEnsure training and compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).Health, Safety & ComplianceoEnsure the warehouse complies with Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) regulations.oEnforce safe working practices and housekeeping standards.oConduct regular safety checks and risk assessments.Inventory & Systems Co
