We are looking for a Spray Painter / Panel Beater All-Rounder who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership of the full refinishing process.Key Responsibilities:Setup and operation of spray guns and equipment.Application of base coat, primer, and clear coat.Sanding, masking, and prepping surfaces for painting.Conduct cut buffing and polishing to a professional finish.Dismantle and reassemble vehicle components and panels as needed.Assess damages and perform minor mechanical tasks.Understand and properly use all paint shop tools and equipment.Interior detailing knowledge is a strong advantage.Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) skills and the ability to use dent repair tools without damaging paintwork is highly desirable.Requirements:Proven experience as a spray painter or automotive refinisher.Solid knowledge of body repair techniques and surface preparation.Familiarity with automotive tools and equipment setup.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Drivers license highly preferred.Spray painting certification an advantageMust reside in Boksburg or surrounding areas.Bonus Skills:PDR expertise.Interior detailing (e.g., dashboard, seats, trim).
