? About Us We are a stylish and modern accommodation establishment located just minutes from O.R. Tambo International Airport. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Hotel Manager to lead our team and ensure smooth, efficient daily operations. ? Key Responsibilities Oversee all daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and food service. Ensure a high standard of guest satisfaction and handle guest feedback promptly and professionally. Recruit; train, and supervise hotel staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork. Manage budgets, financial reports, and operational expenses to achieve profitability targets. Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase occupancy and revenue. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations. Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers to maintain property standards. Prepare and present performance reports to ownership or senior management. ? Qualifications & Skills Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management ; Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 3+ years of experience in hotel management or a senior hospitality role. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Financial acumen and experience with hotel management software. Customer-focused mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Own transport is essential as this is not a live in position Applicants must be prepared to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays, in accordance with operational requirements.
