About the Role:
We’re looking for a friendly and professional Call Centre Agent to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, making and receiving calls, providing information about our services, and assisting clients with any questions or concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
• Answer inbound calls and respond to client inquiries.
• Explain our marketing services clearly and professionally.
• Resolve client queries and provide support where needed.
• Keep accurate records of calls, appointments, and client interactions.
• Support the sales team by scheduling appointments and following up on leads.
Requirements:
• Clear, well-spoken English (bilingual in English and Afrikaans is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, friendly, and client-focused attitude.
• Ability to handle multiple calls and tasks efficiently.
• Previous call centre or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
