About the Role
As a Broker Consultant Intern at 3RC, you will play a vital role in supporting our team of experienced consultants and contributing to the growth of our business. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in the financial industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit Independent Contractors, Group Independent Contractors, and Independent Financial Advisers.
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with Advisers and their office staff.
- Conduct Intermediary Panel visits.
- Attend monthly review meetings and engage in one-on-one sessions with the Franchise Director.
- Aid Intermediaries in identifying business opportunities aligned with product offerings.
- Monitor and manage the new business pipeline, ensuring follow-ups and tracking while maintaining a strong rapport with the Associate Business Consultant.
- Process quotations and applications efficiently.
- Provide comprehensive technical training and ongoing support on Financial Products and Policies to Intermediaries and their teams.
- Keep Intermediaries informed about any changes or new offerings within the company’s Financial Products and Policies.
- Handle queries and provide feedback on various sales and service-related matters.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure excellent service for Clients and Intermediaries.
- Stay updated on competitor products, service offerings, and industry developments.
- Engage in proactive sales and marketing initiatives.
