• Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry. At least 3 Years.
• Strong understanding of F&B management and operations.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and financial performance.
• High level of organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in F&B management software and MS Office.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

DUTIES:

• Oversee all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, and banquets.
• Develop and implement effective F&B strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Manage and mentor F&B staff, ensuring consistent performance and professional development.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute special events and promotions.
• Conduct regular inspections of F&B areas to ensure quality and service standards are met.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
