Job Summary
Responsibilities:
* Looking for and acquiring bookings and sales for the Hotel* Handle reservation inquiries and bookings efficiently andprofessionally.* Convert inquiries into confirmed reservations to meetsales targets.* Provide detailed information about room rates, specialpackages, and hotel facilities.* Manage and update reservation systems accurately.* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providingprompt and courteous service.* Upsell additional services and room upgrades to maximizerevenue.* Meeting and surpassing sales targets.Qualifications:* Extensive ability and experience in sales* Previous experience in hotel reservations preferred.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Strong customer service orientation.* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.*Proficiency in reservation systems and MS Office.* Ability to hit sales targetsBenefits:* Performance-based incentives.* Employee discounts on services.* Career development and growth opportunities.
