About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Debtors Clerk to join our team in Brackenfell. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing invoicing, tracking outstanding payments, and maintaining cash flow. They will also be required to reconcile accounts, resolve client queries, and work closely with site teams and project managers to ensure accurate billing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage invoicing linked to projects, job cards, and progress billing
- Follow up on outstanding payments and keep cash flow moving

- Assist with month-end and basic reporting
Requirements
- 2–4 years’ experience in debtors / accounts
- Construction, engineering, or project-based experience is essential
- Strong Excel accounting system experience (Sage, Pastel, BuildSmart etc.)
- Confident communicator – able to deal with clients professionally
- Detail-driven, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
