Job Summary
? What You’ll Do:
- Execute and evolve the group procurement strategy
- Lead procurement operations, systems, and compliance
- Analyze spend data to drive cost-saving initiatives
- Build and manage supplier relationships and performance
- Oversee contract alignment and SLA/KPI tracking
- Collaborate cross-functionally to meet procurement priorities
- Champion continuous improvement and process innovation
- Support BBBEE targets and audit readiness
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or equivalent
- Strong leadership in procurement strategy and execution
- Proven ability to manage suppliers, contracts, and compliance
- Analytical mindset with a knack for data-driven decisions
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience in driving procurement transformation and savings
