Job Description
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Promote and sell used vehicles, achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Prospect and engage new customers through networking, referrals, and showroom activity.
- Guide customers through the entire sales process, from first contact to final delivery.
- Present vehicles professionally, highlighting features, benefits, and value.
- Provide accurate information on finance, insurance, and trade-in options.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction (CSI) through excellent service delivery.
- Stay up to date with vehicle models, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
- Maintain administrative accuracy and adhere to dealership processes and standards.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate (essential)
- 2–3 years of proven vehicle sales experience (used or new vehicles)
- Valid Code B Driver’s License
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a target-driven mindset
- Computer literate – MS Office and dealership systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity, motivation, and professionalism
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Fleet sales experience will be an advantage
