Key performance indicators include: daily banking, petty cash, fuel reconciliation, capturing of GRVs, handling of orders, verification of overtime / hours ,communication of overtime / hours to payroll , answering of telephone , relief on point of sale (if required) , ad hoc functions relating to the above
