Job Summary

Vacancies available in a residential estate based in Broederstroom. Some duties include:Patrolling: Regular patrols of the residential estate to ensure the security of the premises and deter any potential criminal activity.Access Control: Managing entry and exit points of the estate, checking identification, and ensuring only authorized individuals gain access.Responding to Emergencies: Being prepared to handle emergencies such as medical incidents, fire outbreaks, or security threats, and taking appropriate action to mitigate risks.Enforcement of Rules and Regulations: Ensuring that residents and visitors comply with estate rules and regulations to maintain a safe and secure environment.Reporting Incidents: Documenting any security incidents, breaches, or suspicious activities and reporting them to the Security Supervisor.Customer Service: Providing assistance and guidance to residents and visitors, addressing their concerns, and maintaining a positive and approachable demeanor.Should you have the relevant working experience and qualifications (Grade C and police clearance) please send your CV plus references.
