Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
  • Executes on partner strategies and initiatives
  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations
  • Meets assigned targets for strategic objectives in assigned accounts
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an on-going basis
  • Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel
  • Identifies client requirements, determines schedule availability, promotes services, defines process and related materials, provides quotation & contracts, acquires customer paperwork, mediates process, resolves issues, communicates project status and obtains signs-offs
  • Responsible for understanding the Client’s organisation and structure, knowing the Client’s product/services and staying aware of Client news and changes
  • Communicates, monitors and assures proper billing procedures
  • Understands the client’s strategy and roadmap
  • Establishes and promotes goodwill with customer
  • Reviews client issues, tasks, projects and new initiatives and contacts customer as a follow-up activity

Minimum Qualification:

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Degree or qualification in Sales, Marketing or Business management preferred

Requirements:

  • Strong Business Analysis experience.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in Key Account Management, Client Relationship Management, or Campaign Implementation (preferably in financial services, marketing, or digital environments)
  • Proven experience in managing multiple stakeholders and delivering results-driven campaigns
