About the Role
The Recruitment Pro is seeking an experienced Foreman to join their team on high-rise and commercial builds in Johannesburg. As a key member of our construction company, you will be responsible for overseeing daily site activities, managing subcontractors and staff, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage subcontractors, site staff, and suppliers to maintain workflow and project timelines.
- Enforce safety standards and quality control measures on-site.
- Report progress, challenges, and updates to the Site Manager and senior leadership.
- Assist in problem-solving and decision-making to keep projects on track.
