About the Role
Our client, a leading payments service provider, is seeking a highly skilled Payment Network Support Specialist to support network operational processes within a fast-paced payments environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and the capacity to work with multiple data sources while supporting time-sensitive operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support network onboarding processes and rollouts
- Compile and maintain accurate network and biller-related information
- Validate and reconcile fee schedules against active, dormant, and pending network configurations
- Cross-reference data across internal systems such as Portal and MINT, as well as external fee sheets
- Manage relevant portals and inboxes and ensure compliance with onboarding and documentation requirements
- Liaise with internal teams regarding network onboarding and biller activations
- Coordinate biller and merchant activation, deactivation, and configuration changes across networks
- Escalate operational issues or discrepancies where necessary
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of network related data across systems
- Perform all other tasks related to the role
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar customer support, operational, or data-focused role
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, pivot tables and working across multiple datasets
- Experience in the Financial Services industry with a focus on the payments industry is highly advantageous
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
- Fluent in English; any additional language will be seen as beneficial
