Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Deploy, configure, and maintain virtual servers across various hypervisor platforms Monitor and ensure high availability of cloud and on-premise infrastructure. Automate workflows and system processes where applicable. Provide technical support to the internal technical team, resolving hardware and software issues. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks. Collaborate with the technical team on system implementations, upgrades, and maintenance. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively. Ensure the security, integrity, and reliability of IT infrastructure. Maintain accurate system documentation and procedures. Respond to incidents and outages in a timely and professional manner. Desired Experience & Qualification Minimum and Ideal Qualifications MCSE certification OR Information Technology Diploma or Degree (or equivalent qualification) Technical Skills and Experience: Experience with Hypervisors: VMware ESXi KVM Proxmox Xen Cloud platform experience (at least one required): AWS (Amazon Web Services) Microsoft Azure Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Strong Linux administration experience Solid networking knowledge Understanding of cloud infrastructure and virtualisation Knowledge of automation tools is advantageous Key Competencies Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and within a team Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Strong attention to detail Reliable and punctual
