About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Executive to join our reputable and stable dealer group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong customer relationships, and ensuring exceptional aftersales service. If you have a proven track record in pre-owned vehicle sales and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell pre-owned vehicles in line with dealership targets and standards
• Assist customers throughout the full sales process, from enquiry to delivery
• Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and price negotiations
• Ensure all deal documentation is completed accurately and timeously
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure excellent aftersales follow-up
• Source pre-owned stock and manage online vehicle listings
• Work closely with F&I and management to close deals efficiently

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Executive within a franchised dealership environment
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Target-driven with a professional and energetic approach
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid drivers licence
• Ability to work weekends and retail hours
