QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Grade 12
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in a mining environment (preferably Chrome and PGM)
- Computer Literate in MS Office
- Managing a team
- Previous experience of stock-pile management
SKILLS:
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Management Skills
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Stockpile Management
- Quality control of final product
- Loading of road trucks/dispatch
- Ensure SHEQ compliance
- Supervise weighbridge team and other contractors after hours
- Compile blending loading report daily
- Ad hoc duties as required
