Option A: All?Rounder Artisan

• Independent workshop hero: machine parts from samples without supervision
• Skilled on manual lathes & mills
• Thrives under pressure and tight deadlines

Option B: CNC?Savvy Engineer

• Mastercam 2020 & SolidWorks 2019 programming proficiency
• Fanuc G?code programming on Doosan, Mazak Slant, Leadwell, Mazak VTC41L (from legacy dinosaurs to modern Machines)
• Comfortable switching to manual machining when CNC capacity low.
• Handles both prototype (1-off) and production runs

• Team player with a relaxed yet driven mindset
• Passionate about engineering, with a great sense of humour
• Enjoys mentoring junior staff no ego allowed
• Punctual, drama-free, and zero tolerance for bullying

Requirements

• Qualified artisan (Red Seal or equivalent) with 610+ years experience
• Valid drivers license
• Preferred age range 2540, based on experience
