About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Area Operations Manager to oversee multiple locations within a fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment, driving operational excellence and ensuring brand standards. The successful candidate will lead high-performing teams to achieve sales, profitability, and customer service goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support multiple restaurant locations within the region
- Drive sales growth, cost control, and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, food safety, and company policies
- Recruit, coach, and develop restaurant management teams
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
Requirements
- Minimum Grade 12 certificate & relevant tertiary qualification (National Operations Manager, or Business Supervisory/Management NQF level 4 certificate or higher is desired)
- Combined education & experience related to hospitality/Food service is also acceptable
- Must have a driver’s license (Code B), and own transport (vehicle)

Salary & Benefits
R30 000 – R45 000 per annum, depending on experience.
