Job Summary

Summary of job: The administrative assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient daily operations within an organization. He / She will contribute to the smooth functioning of the production department by facilitating administrative processes such as managing orders coming in from suppliers, maintaining filing systems, obtaining quotations for urgent parts and consumables needed for production and contributing to overall team productivity.
