The Role: Assistant Store Manager The purpose of this role is to lead store operations while driving sales performance, productivity, and team engagement. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, meeting targets, and creating a positive, high-performance retail environment. Key Responsibilities Minimum of 2 years management experience within a sales-driven retail environment Coordinate daily store operations to ensure productivity and efficiency Implement strategies to achieve sales and performance targets Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability Manage, motivate, and lead team members by example Foster a positive, accountable, and energetic working environment Ensure operational processes and systems are consistently followed About You Minimum of 2 years retail management experience Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets High energy, driven, and action-oriented leadership style Strong sense of accountability, responsibility, and integrity Process-driven with the ability to think systemically Confident, ambitious, honest, loyal, and conscientious Energetic, resilient, and able to lead by example
