BARBER – Clipper & Scissor cut confident V&A WATERFRONT – Cape Town – Western-Cape (ZA) Starting Date: A.S.A.P TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS: Monday – Friday 09:00 – 19:00 (open/close shift) Saturday 09:00 – 17:00 Sunday CLOSED – may change based on seasonal or operational requirements REPORTS TO: Manager / Owner SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS R12,000 Basic per month (based on skills & experience) Service Commission Retail Commission Incentives Tips / Gratuities MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Barber / Hair Styling certified with an accredited training provider Trade tested Based in or within reasonable travel distance to the Waterfront Groomed & well presented – you are your own advertisement Confident and skilled in both Clipper & Scissor cuts Confident English (Speak, Read & Write) EXPERIENCE: At least TWO years experience offering Barbering services Cruise Ship OR international employment experience is favorable high-end salon experience SKILLS & ABILITIES: Stay ahead of trends in order to offer guests trending services Ability to work precision and professionalism SKILLS required Pattern Designs – BONUS Colour (Semi / Demi – Permanent) Keratin / Brazilian smoothing treatments (hair & beard) Hot Towel Shave Clipper Shaves Beard Shaping Beard Treatments Threading – Face (brows & cheeks) Waxing – Face (nose, brows, cheeks)
