About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable and hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow the digital presence of multiple internal brands within the retail and technology space. This is a broad, full-stack digital marketing role requiring a balance of strategic thinking and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day digital marketing activities across multiple brands
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish social media content across relevant platforms
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and automated customer journeys
- Create and support thought leadership content for brand channels and key stakeholders
- Produce or coordinate digital design assets for social media, email, websites, and paid campaigns
- Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Monitor campaign performance and apply data-driven optimisation to improve results
- Support SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, metadata, and content recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with product launches, promotions, and business objectives
- Track KPIs and deliver regular performance reports
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong understanding of social media marketing, paid media, email marketing, SEO, and content strategy
- Experience managing multiple brands or accounts simultaneously
- Proficiency in tools such as: Meta Business Suite, Google Ads and Google Analytics, Looker Studio (or similar reporting tools), Email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot)
- Strong copywriting skills across different platforms and audiences
