Job Description

Job Description: Create, manage, and maintain accurate 3D structural BIM models and 2D drawings Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design coordination and integration across all disciplines Contribute to BIM content management, including templates, Revit families, and project libraries Participate in model coordination sessions and assist in resolving technical design challenges Support construction teams by preparing shop drawings, as-builts, and documentation updates Stay up to date with BIM tools, standards, and workflows, driving innovation and efficiency across project S kills & Experience: Minimum 35 years experience working as a BIM / Revit Technician in structural or multidisciplinary projects. Strong working knowledge of Revit Structure for modeling and documentation across all design stages. Experience producing detailed plans, sections, and fabrication drawings for structural projects. Solid understanding of structural systems, materials, and construction methods. High attention to detail, accuracy, and file management discipline. Strong problem-solving and coordination skills, with the ability to identify and resolve design conflicts. Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset, capable of supporting and mentoring junior technicians. Qualification: National Diploma or higher in Structural, Civil, or Architectural Technology (or related field). Continued professional development or certification in BIM workflows or Revit software advantageous.
