Cape Town City Centre: BIM Technician

Job Description: Develop and maintain BIM models for civil and structural projects Coordinate models across multiple disciplines Produce accurate drawings and schedules from BIM models Ensure compliance with BIM standards and project requirements Skills & Experience: 24 years experience in a BIM or digital design role Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD Strong understanding of BIM workflows and coordination processes High attention to detail and strong communication skills Qualification: Diploma or qualification in BIM, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
