About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Strategist / Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Paarl. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in shaping and amplifying our brand’s presence on the global stage. With a strong focus on innovation and technical expertise, we are looking for someone who can translate our story into something compelling, consistent, and impossible to ignore.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape the Brand
- Turn market insights and customer understanding into a clear, differentiated brand position
- Define and refine the brand voice, tone, and identity across all platforms
- Drive Campaigns
- Conceptualise and execute campaigns that support product launches and brand growth
- Own and grow the LinkedIn presence and broader digital footprint
- Content Creation
- Create content that connects from social posts to website updates and presentations
- Support visual storytelling through video and digital assets
- Data Analysis
- Use analytics, SEO, and marketing tools to continuously improve performance
- Track whats working (and whats not) and adjust strategy accordingly
- Turn numbers into insights and insights into action
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in brand, marketing, or digital roles
- Fluent in both Afrikaans and English
- Strong grasp of digital marketing, branding, and campaign execution
- Confidence working across both strategy and hands-on delivery
