Job Summary

This position includes a comprehensive training and development programme, but prior property management and sales experience are essential. Experience & education Must come with property management background 2/3years experience Preferably a diploma or degree in finance Duties and Responsibilities The candidate will be selling Property Management Software which is a financial software package. We are looking for a candidate in Gauteng Must be computer literate (Microsoft Office, Pastel or other financial software) Extensive administration skills are required Management experience would be extremely beneficial As the candidate will be selling, it is imperative that they have an outgoing, dynamic and vibrant personality Daily KPIS will have to be met Complement your sales pipeline with prospecting activities Excel at closing deals from end to end and become an industry expert Negotiate deals, contracts and legal documents. Actively on-board new clients and manage your own accounts Impressing clients with your technical knowledge Achieve a certain number of conversions per month Demonstrate the ability to progress with potential prospects to qualify sales stages through Upsell customers to use multiple software solutions Client satisfaction with training & support Required Technical and Professional Expertise Proven ability to handle significant volumes of outbound activities Demonstrate verbal and written (email) skills in a very professional manner Ability to do initial research prior to contacting prospects Ability to assist the Marketing and Sales Leadership team to create/implement pro-active sales campaigns Technical ability to understand overall presentations, demos, competitive differentiation and Answer the standard initial questions Must have a desire to keep up to date on technology trends, developments & best practices Must have a positive phone demeanor that will take the initiative to pick up the phone & find deals Demonstrate cold calling skills and ability to hunt for new opportunities and develop quick customer relationships For more info on the role, please get in touch with Robin Venter :

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Business Development Manager with a strong focus on sales and marketing to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and enhance brand presence. This role requires a dynamic professional who can develop and execute strategies to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and enhance marketing initiatives to support sales objectives. Education & Qualifications: Minimum: Bachelors degree in engineering (preferably BEng). Preferred: MBA or equivalent business qualification (beneficial but not required). Experience: 510 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related field within the automotive, heavy-duty truck, or engineering sector. Proven track record in identifying and securing new business opportunities, expanding market share, and driving revenue growth. Experience in developing and executing sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and strategic partnerships. Strong understanding of commercial vehicle product development and engineering solutions. Skills & Competencies: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word). Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills to drive business development strategies effectively. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. Ability to analyse financial statements and market trends to inform business decisions. Experience in brand development, digital marketing strategies, and market research. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Willing to travel both domestically and internationally as required for business opportunities, client meetings, and industry events. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building. Develop and manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Negotiate and close high-value deals that align with the companys growth objectives. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and potential areas for expansion. Marketing & Brand Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns that generate leads and enhance brand awareness. Develop compelling value propositions and messaging to position the company effectively in the market. Work closely with digital marketing teams to optimize online presence, social media, and content marketing strategies. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand visibility and establish connections. Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with company goals. Identify strategic partnerships and alliances that can accelerate growth. Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on market dynamics and potential business opportunities. Track and analyse key performance metrics to optimize sales and marketing efforts. Job Summary

Job Descriptions Recruitment, training & development and performance management of the individuals within the New Sales teams Planning & coordination of all functions related to achieving growth budgets as well as related general management duties Actively leading new sales within each region Sales & campaign planning Management reporting Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets Conducts one-on-one reviews with all Account Executives to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Account Executives sales and activity performance Assists Account Executives in preparation of proposals and presentations Accurate and efficient management of sales statistics and reports Job Skills Understanding of financial management principles Good prospecting, negotiation and presentation skills CRM Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel Microsoft Outlook Microsoft PowerPoint Trax Voxzal Good prospecting, negotiation and presentation skills Client liaison and customer service principles Sound business acumen Good strategic planning and execution skills Minimum Requirements Grade 12 Diploma in Business management 3 years successful Corporate Direct Sales experience 3 years junior management experience 2 years ICT industry experience
