Our IT Consulting client is seeking dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Managers with 5-7 years of experience to play a vital role in driving our growth in South Africa and beyond. Foster and maintain long-term relationships with key clients. Identify and generate new sales leads to grow the business. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored IT solutions. Propagate the company’s design thinking approach and promote our UX labs. Lead client proposals and close deals in Financial Services, Insurance, Manufacturing, and Health Care sectors. Strengthen relationships with C-Level executives, solution partners, and product managers to deliver outstanding IT solutions and services. Degree compulsory Proven track record in IT solutions sales. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, particularly at the C-level. Strong market intelligence and the ability to foster relationships with new and existing clients. Professionalism, with a focus on strategic sales planning.
