About the Role
We’re looking for a Client Success & Account Executive to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our client relationships team, you’ll own a portfolio of recruitment clients and build strong working relationships with consultants and directors. If you enjoy solving real problems for real businesses and want to build commercial skills inside a fast-growing tech company, this could be the perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of recruitment clients
- Be their primary contact inside Ditto
- Build strong working relationships with consultants and directors
- Ensure they’re confident, supported, and getting real results
- Solve problems properly
- Manage queries via ticketing, email, and calls
- Diagnose issues clearly and resolve them fast
- Work with product and engineering when needed
- Follow through. Every time.
- Train and enable Onboard new clients Run structured training sessions Help teams use Ditto better, not just use it Protect and grow accounts Spot risks early Identify optimisation or upsell opportunities Contribute ideas that improve the overall client experience
Requirements
- 1-3 years in customer success, SaaS support, account management, or similar
- Strong communicator. Clear. Confident. Professional.
- Organised and accountable
- Comfortable learning systems quickly
- Calm under pressure
- Commercially curious (bonus if you understand recruitment or HR tech)
