About the Role

A leading construction company is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and deliver multiple high-value building projects across the Western Cape. With a minimum of 15 years experience in managing large building projects, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage overall construction activities from planning to completion.
Lead, coordinate, and monitor project teams and subcontractors.
Enforce compliance with contractual, legal, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project progress.
Provide leadership and mentorship to site teams and junior staff.

Requirements

PrCM SACPCMP Certification (mandatory).
Minimum 15 years experience in managing large building projects.
Proven track record in successfully delivering contracts of significant value.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects across various locations.

Qualifications

Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management or equivalent.
