About the Role
The CRM System Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the company’s CRM operates at peak performance to support its diverse customer base. This involves bridging the gap between business requirements and system functionality through system optimization, data integrity management, and user support.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the CRM to align with evolving business needs.
- Perform regular audits to monitor and correct data quality.
- Provide training and first-tier troubleshooting to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Work with IT and business teams to implement new features and system enhancements.
- Deliver analytics and insights to drive departmental decision-making.
- Administer CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot.
- Manage workflows and system integrations.
Requirements
- BEng degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience administering CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot) is highly advantageous.
- Knowledge of workflows and system integrations is advantageous.
Salary & Benefits
R30,000 – R37,000 CTC
