KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION You will have completed a degree in Electrical engineering, coupled with a minimum of 10 years experience in the electrical, construction or engineering, specifically in a tender and projects environment. You will have a sound understanding of managing tender pricing, managing contracts, providing leadership in project/operational planning, SANS10142 and material control. You will have a natural leadership style to motivate various teams across multiple branches, as well as being able to identify training requirements and managing IR related matters that may arise. Proven technical aptitude and expert problem solving and organisational abilities will be essential.
