Were looking for a seasoned, highly professional Executive Personal Assistant to support a senior executive at a leading commodity brokerage based in Cape Towns CBD. This is a full-time, in-office role for someone who thrives on structure, handles sensitive matters with discretion, and brings calm to a fast-paced environment. youll be responsible for keeping the day running smoothly. This includes preparing there office each morning, answering calls, managing calendar, and organizing meetings and refreshments. Youll handle personal admin like booking medical appointments, managing household payments, and assisting with private matters as needed. Youll also take care of travel arrangementsbooking flights, hotels, visas, and preparing detailed itineraries. Office duties include ordering supplies, keeping things stocked, and coordinating with staff for birthdays, leave, and events. Youll also help with payments, credit card reconciliations, and sorting out general queries as they arise.
