We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Process Analyst to join our team in Cape Town CBD. As a key member of our finance function, you will play a crucial role in improving process efficiency, financial visibility, controls, and automation. You will work closely with finance, operations, and technology teams to design smarter ways of working and support sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities

Analyse end-to-end finance processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and automation opportunities
Design and implement improved future-state processes and controls
Develop process documentation, SOPs, and workflow maps
Analyse financial data, trends, and variances to generate actionable insights
Build and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools
Support month-end, year-end, and ad-hoc financial analysis

Requirements

35 years experience in finance process analysis, business analysis, or financial transformation
Experience in high-volume, transactional, or platform-based environments
Strong understanding of financial controls and risk frameworks
Advanced Excel and solid financial modelling skills
Experience with process mapping and data visualisation tools
ERP, SQL, and automation exposure is advantageous

Qualifications

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or similar
