About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing end-to-end software solutions that drive operational efficiency and enhance the user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to both front-end and back-end development of scalable applications
- Play a key role in building high-quality applications that meet operational efficiency and user experience standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions on time
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
- Develop, test, and deploy software applications using Node.js, React, and JavaScript
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, and Information Systems
- 5 years overall experience in software development
- 2 years experience with JavaScript/TypeScript
- Web front-end development skills using React
- Back-end services experience in Node.js
- Solid experience working with SQL database systems
- Strong understanding of software development principles, methodologies, and best practices
