About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a motivated and service-oriented Junior Assistant Front of House Manager for a prestigious luxury hotel in Cape Town. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional eager to develop their management skills within a refined and guest-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with front-of-house operations, including guest relations and check-in/check-out procedures
- Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Coordinate events and activities in the hotel’s public areas and restaurants
- Monitor and control inventory levels of amenities and supplies
- Perform administrative tasks as required by management
