About the Role

The Global Demand Planning Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our global supply chain, aligning forecasts to support category objectives and working closely with enabling group functions. With expertise in demand planning and inventory management, this leader will drive strategic initiatives, develop long-term plans, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interface with Category Managers, New Product development, Finance and Compliance to support local planning teams with developing inventory plans
  • Act as point of escalation for Global Supply Chain, leading teams to resolve critical challenges
  • Formulate global inventory and demand dashboards
  • Support Manufacturing Capacity Planning
  • Ensure demand plans are feasible for Logistics and Warehouse capabilities

Requirements

  • Experience with inventory and demand planning for both internal and external manufacturing sites
  • Demonstrated experience in Leading forecasting and demand planning SOP
  • Experience in developing and implementing Global Planning Processes
  • Experience working on cross-functional projects
  • In-depth ERP knowledge and MRP skills
  • Fluent English, other languages are a plus

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
