📌 Job Title: Group Reporting Manager: Projects and Properties 📍 Location: Claremont, Southern Suburbs 👤 Salary: R 1 400 000.00/R 1 500 000.00 per annum ✠Key Responsibilities: 📊 Group Consolidations & Reporting: Prepare and review consolidated financial statements for multiple entities in compliance with IFRS . Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting. 📚 Technical Accounting & Compliance: Provide expert guidance on complex accounting issues and new standards. Maintain compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions. ⚙️ Operational Leadership: Partner with business units to improve financial processes and controls. Drive operational efficiency and support decision-making through accurate reporting. 🚀 Project Management & Strategic Initiatives: Lead financial projects, including system implementations, process improvements, and the integration of new entities. Support deal-making and structuring activities, including due diligence and financial modelling. 🤝 Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership, Auditors, and external advisors. Present financial results and insights to executive management and the Board. 🎓 Qualifications & Experience: ✠Chartered Accountant (CA) designation. 📠810 years post-articles experience , with strong technical accounting expertise. Proven experience in multi-entity group reporting and IFRS compliance . Exposure to deal structuring , mergers & acquisitions, and project management.
