Cape Town City Centre: HVAC Sales Specialist

A global HVAC leader is looking for a HVAC Sales Engineer to drive project-based sales into the consulting engineering and building services space across Cape Town and surrounds. This role is ideal for a technically strong mechanical sales professional who thrives on specification-driven business. Non-Negotiable Requirements: Mechanical Engineering qualification (Diploma or Degree essential) 5 years experience in HVAC / building services project sales Proven sales track record selling into consulting engineering firms Solid exposure to commercial, retail, healthcare, and large developments Valid drivers licence and the ability to travel regionally Job Experience & Skills Required: Develop and manage relationships with Consulting Engineers, Developers, and contractors Drive HVAC product specification and secure project wins Interpret mechanical designs, BOQs, and tender documentation Manage the full project sales cycle from design stage to final installation Support clients with technically sound HVAC solutions and system selection Contribute to pricing strategy, tenders, and major negotiations
