About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Internal Sales Administration Coordinator to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As an integral part of our sales support function, you will play a crucial role in administering the full ordering process, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing of Sales Orders
  • Courier Cost: obtaining quotes on all transport cost, confirming with invoices to clients
  • Informing COD clients upon receipt of orders of our payment requirements for dispatching stock
  • Communicating back orders via email to the procurement team and sales department for proper actioning
  • Assisting sales team with quotation enquiries for existing and new clients
  • Pulling data for weekly reports and compiling reports for the weekly sales meeting with management
  • Office Support for sales team: emailing or responding to enquiries, updating customer information, maintaining office files and records
  • Following company policies, procedures, and instructions
  • Recommending new ideas and contributing to organizational goals and reputation

Requirements

  • Proficient in Excel
  • Familiarity with Evolution and/or Pastel operating systems
  • Grade 12
  • Valid Driver’s License (own transport preferred)
