Job Title: Junior Web Developer Employment Type: Full-time Location: Tygervalley, Cape Town Role Overview: We are seeking a Junior Web Developer to join a digital marketing agency, supporting the development and maintenance of websites using WordPress and Elementor within a fastpaced, results-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop, update, and maintain websites using WordPress and Elementor Build and refine website layouts based on project briefs and brand guidelines Ensure websites are responsive, visually engaging, and performance-focused Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects on time and to specification Communicate professionally with clients and respond to feedback efficiently Identify and resolve basic website issues and conduct quality checks Follow established processes and best practices Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Required Skills and Competencies: Proven experience with WordPress and Elementor High attention to detail with a strong eye for design and layout Ability to work effectively under pressure Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Well-organised, process-driven, and dependable Qualifications and Experience: A degree in a relevant field is advantageous but not essential Minimum 2 years experience in a web development role Experience using web development tools and platforms Previous marketing agency experience preferred Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment If you are interested and meet the above requirements, please apply and submit your CV.
